Workspaces, Frames, and the Canvas

Workspaces

Workspaces can be used to group like-work into its own canvas and compositions. By default, a Main Workspace is provided though more can be created from the workspace switcher.

Frames

framesframes - Frames serve as an entry point to render components. They exist in an workspace and are placed onto the canvas at their set size and location. are containers into which you can place compositions of components. From the properties panel their size, position and name can be set from the properties panel. Frames can be created using the Frame Presets dropdown in the Toolbar as well as using the Frame Creation tool or by pressing F on their keyboard and draw a frame by clicking and dragging a box on screen.

Canvas

The canvas, one per-workspace, renders the Frames, arranged however the user wants onto an infinitely navigable surface. Navigating the canvas can be done with hotkeys, including Space Bar to pan and Cmd + Scroll to zoom, as well as using their corresponding tools found in the Toolbar.
